WWII Japanese Navy Able Seaman rank with red mum that signifies medical corps. This rank was the result of a change from the round rank/rate. These yellow on black rates were issued from 1942 onward until the end of the war. The mum is the earlier cloisonne version. This mum is original and not one of the many fakes all over ebay.
